SUMMARY FROM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING 23/07/2020
- RA Subscriptions for next season 2020/21
- Reduced subs agreed – £15 for adults and £5 for Under-18s. This has been possible as the National RA charge has been lowered to £12.
- John Borrill is in process of setting up on-line banking to our Current Account. This will enable people to BACS transfer their subs, without the need to handle cash. Details will be circulated once they have been confirmed.
- 2019-20 AGM
- This was due to be held in June and was postponed until such time as it is safe and possible to hold. In the mean-time the current Committee will remain as is.
- The Committee has also appointed James Moody as the new Media Officer, and we’re sure some of you will have already seen many posts, which are both good and informative.
- Also, a mentoring programme is being put together by Robbie Hall, Ethan Nundy and James Moody, which will be published soon!
- Events
- End of season dinner rescheduled for October 16th. This is still under review and a final decision as to whether this takes place on this date will be made at the first SRA meeting of the new season on Thursday 3rd September.
- U25 v O25 football match has no date set yet, again due to safety etc. Louis Stamp will look to organise when conditions allow.
- As stated, the first SRA meeting will be Thursday 3rd September. It is unclear at present whether this can take place at Heslam Park, either outside or in the larger function room. It may need to be another on-line meeting. All will be confirmed as we get closer to the time.
- COVID guidelines
- It’s very important that we all read the guidelines issued by the FA and Lincs FA and ensure that where possible these are followed.
- It’s important for friendlies that contact is made with the home club prior to the match day to understand what they have put into place and what facilities, if any, are available to you as officials.
- Travel separately.
- Step 6 and higher are not permitted spectators at this stage. Step 7 (Lincs league / Central Mids) are not restricted, although they should follow social distancing, not allow spectators to handle footballs etc
