Scunthorpe Referee’s Association is committed to the continuing development of their match officials, beyond the opening stages of their refereeing journey.
We have identified the first three-four touchpoints as our mentoring scheme, but once you’ve entered the promotion scheme, we don’t leave it there. That’s where mentoring turns to coaching and we can still be available to give you help and advice going into your seasons where you’re looking to achieve Level 6, 5 or 4.
